　　2023 Scholarship Selection for Nepalese Students Studying in China

　　 

　　为适应全球化发展趋势，为“全球命运共同体”倡议培养国际化、创新型人才，一带一路大使奖学金管委会将携手各国大使馆、各界爱心机构持续关注支持一带一路国际教育事业，奖励双向留学生、优秀师资、国际教育促进突出工作者，齐心合力，为培养合格的“全球命运共同体”建设者而不懈努力。

　　 

　　In order to adapt to the development trend of globalization and cultivate international and innovative talents for the 'Global Community of Destiny' initiative, the Belt and Road Ambassador Scholarship Management Committee will work with embassies and charity organizations from all walks of life to continue to pay close attention to and support the international education cause of the Belt and Road, by rewarding and inspiring two-way education program students, excellent teachers and outstanding international education working staffs，aiming to make unremitting efforts to cultivate qualified talents of the 'Global Community of Destiny'.

　　 

　　根据本年度工作重点，现针对尼泊尔来华留学生奖学金支持计划做一下说明。

　　 

　　According to the work proposal this year, the Scholarship- Education Sponsorship Grant processing plan for Nepalese students in China is hereby described as follows:

　　 

　　一、评选范围

　　 

　　1.申请人需为非中国籍公民；

　　 

　　2.申请人申请时年龄不超过45周岁；

　　 

　　3.申请人为目前在中国行政区内就读的本科生、研究生、博士生（包含港澳台）；

　　 

　　4.申请人没有违反中国法律或受到校纪处分；

　　 

　　5.专业必修课成绩没有出现不及格（重修通过者可申请）；

　　 

　　6.超过6个月的合法有效的学籍注册、签证居留手续。

　　 

　　 I. Evaluation Scope

　　 

　　1. The applicant is a non-Chinese citizen;

　　 

　　2. The applicant is under the age of 45 at the time of application;

　　 

　　3. Applicants should be undergraduates, postgraduates and doctoral students currently studying in Chinese administrative regions (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan);

　　 

　　4. The applicant has never violated Chinese laws or held accountable against university rules and regulations.

　　 

　　5. There is no failure in the required courses of the major (those who pass the retake course can apply);

　　 

　　6. More than 6 months of legal and valid student registration, visa and residence status.

　　 

　　二、奖项设置

　　 

　　获奖学生颁发奖学金，奖金总额为65000元人民币。

　　 

　　一等奖学金，共3人，每人10000元。

　　 

　　二等奖学金，共7名，每人5000元。

　　 

　　II. Sponsorship rules and regulations:

　　 

　　Total Euducation Sponsorship Grant is 65,000 RMB.

　　 

　　First-class Award : a total of 3 recipients with 10,000 RMB for each.

　　 

　　Second class Award: , a total of 7 recipients, with 5,000 RMB for each.

　　 

　　三、分配原则

　　 

　　名额分配综合考虑申报总人数和学生条件，平衡考虑。评选基数不少于10比1（即选取10名获奖者，需在不少于100名报名基数当中优选出来）。

　　 

　　III.Evaluation Principle and Number of Places

　　 

　　  The total number of places is evaluated by total applicants and their qualifications . The evaluation selection number base shall not be less than 10 to 1 (that is, 10 final recipients shall be selected from no less than 100 registration base).

　　 

　　四、评选标准

　　 

　　总分为100分整，其中：学业学习占20分，道德品质占20分，学术创新占10分，全球化胜任力占20分，社会责任/综合素质占30分。

　　 

　　1.学业学习（学习态度、学习成绩、学业竞赛表现及获奖情况）；

　　 

　　2.道德品质（爱国爱家、孝敬父母、关爱手足、勇于担当、锄强扶弱、扶危济困、勤劳俭朴、谦让礼貌等）；

　　 

　　3.学术创新（有创新精神，参加学术著作和论文编写与发表，参加大赛与竞赛）；

　　 

　　4.全球化胜任力（多语言能力、国际形势把握、国别咨讯、国际交往）；

　　 

　　5.社会责任/综合素质（社团工作、社会实践、志愿服务、文体素质、组织才能、所获荣誉）；

　　 

　　IV. Evaluation Qualification Criteria

　　 

　　The total score is 100 points, including: academic performance 20 points, moral quality 20 points, academic innovation 10 points, global capability 20 points, social responsibility/comprehensive quality 30 points.

　　 

　　 

　　1. Academic performance (learning attitude, academic performance, academic competition achievements and awards);

　　 

　　2. Moral Quality (patriotic and loyal , respect seniors and parents, care for family, with sense of responsibility and justice，quality of willingness to help others, diligent and thrifty, modest and respectful, etc.);

　　 

　　3. Academic innovation (innovative spirit, participate in the preparation and publication of academic works and papers, and in contests and competitions);

　　 

　　4. Globalization capability (multilingual ability, knowledgeable in international situation, country consultation, international communication and exchanges);

　　 

　　5. Social responsibility/comprehensive quality (community work, social practice, volunteer service, active in sports and cultural activities, organizing capability , honors received);

　　 

　　五、材料要求

　　 

　　1.《一带一路大使奖学金-外国留学生奖学金年度评审表》(详见附件1),由学生本人填写并签字。

　　 

　　2.身份证明。

　　 

　　3.学生在学习期间成绩单、资格证书、荣誉证书、照片等相关说明性材料等。

　　 

　　V. Documents Preparation

　　 

　　1. The Annual Review Form of the Belt and Road Ambassador Scholarship for Foreign Students (see Annex 1 for details), which shall be filled out and signed by applicants themselves.

　　 

　　2. Identification Documents

　　 

　　3. Students' transcripts, certificates of qualification, certificates of honor, photos and other relevant explanatory materials during the study period.

1. 报名截止时间2024年2月15日；（最终截止日期以使馆官网公示后15个工作日为准）

2. 评审截止时间2024年2月29日；

3. 奖学金发放截止时间2024年3月31日
